Eric Henton
Head Attorney
Eric Henton is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, having lived and worked in Argentina from 1980-1991 and 2001-2006. He attended the University of Memphis, where he graduated with a BA in History in December 1999. Eric earned his law degree from the University of Memphis in May 2009, where he received a CALI award for best in class. While in law school, Eric was an extern for the Memphis Immigration Court.
Eric founded EH Law Group in 2010 and has since made it his mission to provide excellent, affordable legal services to the immigrant community in the Mid-South.
Eric, his wife of 20 years, and their three children enjoy water sports and outdoor activities in their spare time.
Beth McNinch
Associate Attorney
Beth McNinch graduated cum laude from Spring Hill College in 2007 with a BA in English and a double-minor in Sociology and Pre-Law. She earned her law degree from the University of Memphis in 2010 and has worked in immigration law since that time, primarily focusing on removal defense.
Beth is in two fantasy football leagues and enjoys reading and book clubs. She is a long-time Memphian who currently lives in Hernando with her husband and their dog.
Emma Poindexter
Associate Attorney
Emma Poindexter graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2019, where she
majored in Psychology and French Language. She attended law school at the University of Memphis and
graduated cum laude in 2022. Emma began working at EH Law Group in 2022, focusing primarily on
removal defense.
She enjoys reading, traveling, and participating in local trivia nights.
Paige Worthington
Associate Attorney
Paige Worthington was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated summa cum laude from The University of Tennessee with a major in animal science. She also attended law school at the University of Tennessee, graduating cum laude. She moved to Memphis in 2019 to work as a law clerk for the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Paige began working at EH Law Group in 2022, and she focuses primarily on removal defense.
Paige lives in Cordova with her partner and their three dogs, Atticus, Huckleberry, and Shade. She enjoys hiking, travelling, and she is a die hard UT Vols fan.
